"Refill" - by hybridtheory, xpac84, and happygobo

My Thoughts:

I couldn't stop looking at the lead's (blue shirt) teeth.

I dug the music. that loooww low pitch sound at 3:50 made me smile. The sniper scene was really nice. I think the editing could have been tightend up quite a bit. For instance: 5:23.. the suited guy says, 'wait.. what?" and it was if you were just wanting to see that small smirk on his face before cutting back to blondie's remark. I also kept waiting for him to bust out solo's line, "I bet you have...."

I think it was shot really well and I loved the look of the film.

Thanks Edgen,

Herman and I definitely hammered out a lot of details, but my first directions for the sniper sequence were "intense and building, but if it was made by NIN". I think he nailed it.

I'm glad you liked it buddy, you better believe your name is on a list of people I need to work with again.

I contest this merely to argue semantics. The Coca-Cola logo was transluscent, and not lit or displayed to the logo's recognizable advantage (like say Blade Runner or any Michael Bay film). Except maybe when Rob says "That's insulting," and takes a drink, 'cause being insulted makes you thirsty. At what point is the Ford logo actually used? The picture car was a Ford, but the logo was never actually displayed.

Uniroyal, Nikon, and Panasonic on the other hand, should have provided us all with company brochures abosolutely free of charge. Coke could have contributed some flat Diet Coke to our craft services. If there's anything more disgusting than Diet Coke it's flat Diet Coke.

Ben nailed it when he said I wasn't trying to come down on you guys, so much as "how could you have missed that?!" with regards to during production trying to turn labels, etc. It's obvious that care was taken with all of the condiments in the BG, as no labels/logos were visible.

Though the logo IS visible on the Coke glass when taken a drink out of, I found them most visible at 2:19, when backlit by the sunlight coming through the window.

The Ford logo was squarly prominent at 2:34, when showing a CU of the wheel.

I personally don't care if there are logos or not, nor do I think the companies care, nor do I think the Mods care in this case, because it's obvious you guys weren't trying to infringe on anything.

My point, again, as Ben explained, was that with all the care & GREAT production value you guys put into this, I was surprised you missed those things, which jumped out. No harm!
