FAQ:
WHY DOES THIS SHOULDER MOUNT INCLUDE 24" CINEVATE CARBON FIBRE RODS?
The standard 18" long rails from Redrock are short. When you have your camera mounted on your rig, you do not have a lot of room anymore for attaching accessories. Therefore, these Cinevate 24" rods provide additional length to attach accessories, while maintaining a compact unit.
WHY IS THERE A REPLACEMENT HANDLE?
As mentioned above, one of the handle screws was stripped, and would not grip to the rod. The only way to fix it was to replace the whole handle.
So, there is one old handle attached to the rod, and there is a new one. Because of the new rubber grip design, you will get an extra Blue Rubber Handle Grip. I didn't want to have one new one and one old one, so I saved the new one and replaced it with the old grip - At least I believe I still have it. I know I saved it, but do I still have it? I'll look around. So, it matches.
WHY ARE YOU SELLING THIS?
I need the money. I am a student and I have a lot of project on the way, so I need to save up 8 grand. So, I have to let some gear go
WHAT IS THE CONDITION?
Its in excellent condition. The rods look perfect. Minus a few very minor scratches that are barely noticeable, that's pretty much it.
ARE YOU WILLING TO SPLIT PARTS?
Unfortunately not. The rig will be sold as is in a set. I will not split it up.
Even if I find a buyer to each individual piece, people may back out and I'll be left with a random piece no one may want, and nothing I can do about it.
IS THERE A BOX INCLUDED?
No.
If you are shipping, I will need to buy a box for the rig.
