The Redrock microPowerPod attaches to the end of 15mm rods behind the camera, or behind a shoulder mount to use as a counter-balance, depending on your setup.
It comes with two lavalier brackets to hold the lav receivers. The plate has 2 1/4" 20 and 2 3/8-16 threaded holes for mounting accessories, noga arms, etc. The plate is also designed to hold a V-Mount battery plate if you want to power the camera and/or accessories such as a monitor, onboard light, etc. I've even used the plate itself as a shoulder mount from time to time.
Here's the V-mount battery plate that Redrock sells for it. I'm guessing others can be used as well:

It retails for $173
I'm selling it for $145
Lavalier receivers for demonstration only.
