I'm looking to build a similar rig. How did you like that matte box? How about the follow focus? Could you give us some pros and cons?

item list updated!

R0bertAngel0 - The mattebox is fine. Craftsmanship could be better, but for the most part, it works. The followfocus is the BEST i've used. There's no comparison for it really. I'm only getting rid of it because I have two sets, and I no longer need this one. The only CON I can think of, is that it's a bit pricy, and doesn't come with a lifetime warranty like Zacuto stuff. But the quality; boy... just incomparable. RedRock stuff is legit.

Buyer Caution,

I have ordered from Amuse, who is local to me, and have not received my item or even a tracking number since he "shipped" it on Monday. It should have been here by Wednesday or Thursday since he is local, but it has not arrived yet. He is also failing to answer PM's and emails. Has not been active since Tuesday.

Not sayin' he's scamming us, it's just pretty sketch..

I Haven't received my purchase either and can't get pm's answered. Same story as Shigeta, supposedly shipped but won't answer my pm's asking for a tracking number.

Don't look good at all.

Anyone else buy something from him? Let us know please!

Either way, we still deserve our products, let alone one small email. I call BS and I sent him an email/ pm. You have until Monday to either give me a refund, tracking number, or my mattebox. If I get neither by the evening, I will not hesitate to make a paypal dispute.

I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt and say he's busy, but I've seen him on consistently lately. Suddenly, he dropped off at Sept. 28th and has not returned yet. I don't have any money to screw around with these days, especially $220.

Looks as thought he's not responding to emails & pm's on DVinfo either.

Smells bad. I'd rather there was a legitimate reason for the delay and have to apologize and get my stuff then to get screwed.

Anyone else get scammed with this guy? I got a refund from Paypal but this was the first time I've ever had problems buying stuff over the internet. Bought my DVX100A on here and had zero problems.

I contacted this guy as well, as i am local to him, and he only wanted to ship the stuff....which smelled fishy to me from the get-go....sorry guys, seems like this douche is scamming you guys...

I raised a claim, Paypal should undoubtably find it in my favor. He is local, but he wanted to meet up but my sched. woiuldnt allow... we'll see..
