$17 shipped. This has been on my Zeiss ZF since I got it over 3 years ago. It's been the most solid mount I've ever owned. Just recently, I noticed it was slightly wobbly and it was due to the hex screws backing out, but for the life of me I can't find the hex tool for it. I don't own any hex keys in this size. I have something like a 1.5mm and this is much smaller than that. Needless to say, I was able to remove the screws using a wooden toothpick and been using my Novaflex Nikon to E mount with this zeiss since I've long converted to Sony.
