...and holy crap why won't they adapt/make an aperture control interface for the AF100, a-la LiveLens?

Yep Now with Birger delayed, Redrock is in a position to steal a little of their thunder with technology they already have. They'll drop the ball like always tho and do nothing about it until it's too late.

anybody have a picture of the other side? is the adapter mount hard to adapt to m43?

Doesn't really matter because the controller hanging off the side simply wouldn't fit against the AF100 body. Sure, maybe it could be flipped on the lens mount, but then the distance to the sensor would be a concern.

its annoying that redrock doesnt come up with just a simple m43 dumb mount with the live lens
i wonder whats their reason? it would kill their 35mm adapters?

They don't do it because they are not smart enough, and don't have enough guts to do it. The only true innovation they made was the Micro Remote and that isn't even out yet. Everything else was just a less expensive stripped down version of something else on the market (lens adapter, follow focus, mattebox, etc...). They are never the first one to the market with anything, which in this case is really too bad. I bet if they made a LineLens Canon to M 4/3's adapter it would be their best selling product.

What is the deal with the Micro Remote? I could sure use that thing this spring. Any word on when they are going to deliver any of it? I do like that matte box.

Although I haven't seen it in person, reports I've read are that the RedRock Matte Box is huge. I'd suggest seeing it first before you buy it on-line.

It's not huge, but it is a healthy size (there's nothing "micro" about it), well built (read: built for regular use and longevity), and will handle 4X5.6 filters. I've been thinking about getting a Genus instead, which doesn't quite dwarf my 5DIIs like the Redrock.

The Redrock mattebox is a great mattebox for the price. It is big, but not overly big. The only complaint I have with it is the lame donut system on the back.
