Just got my Encore today for my 18 month old EX1 and I feel like I have an amazing new camera! I just keep kicking myself for not doing this sooner for all the projects that would've benefitted from 35mm lensing. Took less than 30 minutes to setup, and I'm just a girl (and an older one, too). Couldn't get around the terminal audio issue with the Canon 7D, so now I have a master 35mm-like video camera with controllable audio to work with the 7D in 24p or 30p. Sweet!

Once you figure out how to get allignment, it's a great product. I think you will not find better edge-to-edge with anything and the EX1.
