I just ordered my M2 Adapter and was wondering if anyone can tell me what size step down ring i will need for it. thanks

The adapter should come with a 72mm achromat. You only need a step-down ring if you have an HVX, which requires an 82mm to 72mm step down.

Well depending on what package you bought...if you bought the standard indie bundle you'll be getting a 55mm achromat but with a 72mm stepping ring so it can fit onto the dvx. If you bought the HD indie bundle you'll be getting the HD achromat which has 72mm threads.
