redrock M2 encore problems

Hey everyone,

So out of nowhere my redrock m2 encore stopped working. When I would turn it on, the glass wouldn't spin. I went to start.redrockmicro.com and it said if you are having problems with your motor dying you should increase the variable speed adjustment. As I would adjust the variable speed, the power light would go off. If I turned the adjuster back the other way, the light would go back on. I figured the batteries were dying so I changed them and still nothing.

Has anyone had this problem before, or have any advice that might help?

I had that happen to my old Encore a couple of times. I sent it in, and they fixed it. Not sure what else you can do - if you are still in warranty, that is.
