very entrancing. I liked the cool blue tones and the editing. The smear didn't bother me, I think for this piece it worked better than a fast shutter. What was the music? It hypnotized me...

I was trying to get a slurred shutter look like when you shoot 6 for 6 in film.. But I did not get it even close.... If anyone knows how to achieve that look with the HVX200 let me know. I want that slurred image that melts into each frame... Very easy to do with film.. Not so easy with video.
 
Very easy to do with the HVX. If you want the look of 6 for 6, put the HVX in 720/60p mode and set your frame rate to 6fps (using the "frame rate hack") and set your shutter at 180.0 degrees.
 
What's 6 for 6? Is it 6 FPS with each frame printed 4 times within a 24 timeline? Like the shots of Keisa Sozey when he shoots his family in the backstory of The Usual Suspects?
