Red record button fell off !

Opened camera case and discovered red record button and power on/off switch fell off. Just plastic. what holds it onto the camera? I can't find any other missing parts on bottom of case. Is there supposed to be a retaining collar/ring?
I hate to have to send it in just for this. It seems so simple yet....

Also, where would I send it in for repair if I have to?
