Thanks NorBro, I'm asking this because 11:1 compression seems to be too much compressed. For example, Do you know the Carrion footage with what settings was shooted? What I really need is to know how long a 120GB mag lasts on say 3 to 1 and 5 to 1, exactly. Thanks

It's still raw. I've shot plenty of footage from 11:1 - 17:1 for 6K at 100fps and the footage looks fine.

I'm not saying this is just you specifically. But so many people who have probably never shot raw video on here, RU, and other places have popped up and don't seem to think 11:1 is good enough. I can promise you, if you shoot properly, 11:1 will work just fine for you.

Know that Prometheus was shot at 6:1 on MX and The Martian was 5:1 on the Dragon.
I defy anyone to tell the difference between 5;1 and 8;1...
I have shot many things at 10:1 and you'd never be able to tell.
If the situation at hand doesn't stress the codec and it's well lit, you can go 12:1 and be just fine.
If you're shooting backlit leaves in the wind in the dark, yeah, go to 5:1 by all means...
