FS7: Recovering MXF files from XQD G card?

I accidentally formatted a XQD G card with my PC (Quick format, exFAT mode) with valuable footage on it... I haven't recorded on the card since and hope this somehow makes file recovery possible. Any recommendation on a data recovery utility that is known to work to recover Sony XAVC MXF files? I see Sony has a media data recovery service, anyone has had experience sending XQD G cards to them?

I've never seen anything posted about a recovery program so unless someone else chimes in I would go to Sony . In my own experience they were unsuccessful in recovering data from a corrupted card but your case may be something they are used to and they'll be ale to tell you right away if it its salvageable .

I tried to recover from an XQD Card some time ago and tried many different recovery programs. I've been in IT Business for a Long time and have a deep experience on recovery.

Summarizing - sadly they all did not really work and you probably only get fractions of any Clip.

I heard probably even here on DVX that this is intentional from SONY to make sure Clips cannot be revovered if a Card is sold to the next user.
(in my opinion a strange idea...)
