Recovering deleted HVX200 MXF files from P2 card. Not formatted yet.

I've searched around already but couldn't find one specific to my situation and or I'm just not convinced that there is no way of doing this.

So I deleted a video file off the P2 card through the HVX200 while filming some scenes. Now I realize I need it back. Is there a way to recover that deleted file while the P2 card hasn't been formatted? The card is just like it was during filming just minus those deleted videos. I used Data Rescue 3, it found all kinds of recovered MXF files, but when the files are placed back on my computer, the MAC reads it as a 'document' instead of a Unix file. Basically it finds the MXF file but the format is all wrong, especially the way they are numbered. (0001.MXF instead of how HVX does it like 001JFX.MXF)

I dont know guys, any help or direction would be great. I keep reading Barry Green telling people that it needs to be shipped to NJ to be recovered, but the video is due Tuesday. The clip isn't super important but it's sad it was mistakenly deleted and would enhance the final video. Thanks in advance!

Mike
