GH2 Recovering a deleted MTS file?

Normally I copy all my files over to the PC and format the SD card in the camera. Today I took a couple of quick shots and deleted a couple of earlier shots I had thought I had already copied across. One of those files of course turned out not to have been! I have not taken any more filming and have first tried AVCCAM SD card file recovery software which I found from searching this site. But after running it, this deleted file did not reappear. Any ideas of how to recover this deleted file?
I am using an unhacked GH2.
