I've read the other posts on this issue, tried the recovery software that was suggested, but still no success. I'm currently in Denmark and headed to Italy in the morning with my film crew. We have a 16GB p2 card that was accidently formatted, which we haven't used since it happened.
We tried Get Data Back, but it only recovered the jpg and bmp files on the card. I read on this forum that someone else was able to recover their files from using a Mac and the same software. I really need to use this card in the next two days, but don't want to because I'll lose my chance of recovering the footage. The footage that was formatted was perhaps the best stuff we captured!!! Murphy's law!
I am really desperate for help. Are there any success stories out there from other people who recovered footage from a formatted P2 card?
