Recording to Ninja, frames dropped

I had a shoot this weekend where we shot on an FS100 recording to an Atmos Ninja 2 in Pro Res HQ. In reviewing this weekends footage I noticed that one take was split into two clips with about a 10 frame gap between where one clip ends and the other picks up. Has anyone ever seen anything like this before? Neither of the files are close to 4GB and it was a locked off shot so I'm a little confused. I do know that during that take the monitor flickered for a second but the operator said he didn't notice anything on his end and didn't touch the recorder during the take.

Until someone with experience answers, my suspicion would be the HDMI cable. If it came loose momentarily, perhaps that interrupted the recording. I would advise you to test that, try jiggling the HDMI cable a bit and see if there's any possibility that that's the source of the problem. If you can recreate the problem, throw that HDMI cable away and try to get some sort of locking cable.
