Recording a Movie while in the Advanced Scene Modes

What happens when recording a movie within the Advanced Scene Modes, like PORTRAIT, SCENERY, SPORTS, CLOSE-UP and NIGHT PORTRAIT ?, the movie will be recorded using those predefined settings ?, thanks

Yes, you can use the Advanced Scene Modes settings when shooting video.

See the manual, page 94 or thereabouts. For each scene mode described there, there is a paragraph specifying how the scene mode is applied to video. Not all scene modes are fully available to video. I'd have to type a fair bit to fully answer your question so I'd recommend downloading the manual and studying that bit.

Beware of the camera making noticable changes to settings mid-shot when using anything other than Creative Motion Picture mode, full manual sub-mode.
