I taped some footage today today that seemed to record perfectly. I hit record and started taping, the red 'rec' light displayed and it seemed to record perfectly. When I tried to play back, however, nothing was recorded (just the blue screen showed up). I have no idea what happened to the footage. The camera is recording perfectly now, and have no clue what happened. If anyone has had this happened or give me a reason why this may have occured, I would really appreciate the feedback.
