Record in P2 format is noisy

When ever I set my camera on the TAPE format and record, my video looks neat when I capture it in my computer. But when ever I set on P2 mode and record, my video has some noise look on it when I upload it to my computer. How can I fix this..
 
Can you please list your camera settings, including any auto settings you are using.

Specifically look at your scene file settings (detail should be less than +4 & coring should be around +2) and gain level (try to never go above 0db).
