Am looking for a way to get a bit more life out of an old Sony Z1P with a dead tape deck. So talking some sort of card storage...
Firestore seems expensive for what it is, and hard to get in my part of the world. And MC1 appears to be no more.
I have a small and very powerful piece of programmable technology in my pocket (my Android phone). It should be up to the task! (And I loathe buying more technology than I need to). If only there were a way to get a firewire stream out of the camera into the phone. Firewire to USB converters are probably no good due to continuity of firewire data stream being required.
