recommended guide books or DVD's for Sony PMW EX1

Hey guys i was just curious if you have any recommendations for a great guide book and or dvd for the sony pmw ex1. For the record the two i have heard of extensively are vortex media and call box maybe one is better than the other? or they serve different purposes any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have Vortex - DVDs and Field guide. It got me going. I think it goes deep enough to get you acquainted with the camera. It probably could have gone deeper, but I think it touches on everything. It is just a camera, and works like most only with some cool bells and whistles. I haven't heard of "call box".
