Recognizing good service

Not sure if this is the right forum for this topic, but hopefully this will be of some service to prospective future HVX buyers.

I recently purchased an HVX from Specialized Communications (www.spec-comm.com) and then yesterday ordered a P2 card. Prices were very competitive, the person who took my order was friendly and thorough and their follow-up communication was spot-on.

That kind of service restores my faith.

I bought an additional P2 card from Spec-Comm and have to agree with falcon418. The price was good, the sales people were a pleasure to deal with, and the product was delivered promptly without problems.

Isnt great service like an amazing bonus now adays? It should be expected, but if you get good service from someone who treats you like a human, its an overwhelming experience.

Well, Snader and Associates gave us great service. Joe P. there gave us call backs and allowed us to go pick it up directly at their place and gave us what is still one of the best prices around!
