I feel like an idiot asking this.... but I bounce between various cameras for different projects. Unfortunately, I sometimes forget (or get confused) between all the tricks each one can do. Seems like I read somewhere there is a quick way to "recenter" the area mode back to center screen. Push a button... ummm... which one?! Been RTFM and can't seem to find it!

Oh crap... I must have gotten the gear confused. Seems like on my Canon's when in area I can auto recenter by hitting the "set" button. Now I THOUGHT I came across a similar setup with the DVX... rather than stabling at the Area preset button to recenter... guess it does the same thing, really, as it's centered upon reactivation. But I could have sworn I read about a quick way of re-centering the area field with the DVX.... Really... maybe I'm just loosing it...
