REC review

I don´t have a HPX500 at hand. We would like to replay clips from a cam in a live-production. I tried with the HVX, but the REC review is only a fee seconds. It works with the EX-1, but it doesn´t really match to our Panasonic cameras.
Does the HPX500 replay the full last recorded clip when pressing REC review, or also only a few seconds?

BTW: we won´t have time to switch to MCR mode and back, that´s why we try via the REC review button.

As far as I know, you can only get the last few seconds of playback unless you go into MCR mode. Although it's a bit of a pain, we just toggle the MCR button and have found that it really doesn't take that long to get what we need. It only adds one step; hit the MCR button (which takes right to the last clip), and then hit the play button.

thanks, Brad. That´s what I expected. Problem is, in live-productions these few seconds can spoilt the workflow. Because it also takes time to get back from MCR mode. The fastest way is by pressing record while in MCR, but that doesn´t jump instantly to film-mode.....

we probably have to go the SONY route now. thanks for your input.
