Rebate from J&R Music World

Hello, I recently purchased a AG-DVX100BP from Amazon/J&R Music world ( i went to amazon and it didnt have any in-stock so it provided J&R as a secondary source). The Camera is fine and is working well. It came with a USD400 rebate. When i try to enter the Model Number / Serial Number on the Panasonic website it dosent take the serial number even though it takes the model number. Whats wrong ?

The product box came with all the proper warrenty info and it looks all for US market. Not sure why it wouldnt take the serial number.

Any suggestions ?

I would hate to loose a $400 rebate.

Send me a private message offline, please include the Model number as it is on the underside of the viewfinder and the serial number.
