I have a bunch of Rokinon EF lenses (with manual aperture), if adapted to a Nikon Body, can it focus to infinite?

Which adapter would you recommend?

PS: I pretty much think I am switching over to the D800.

no, they won't focus at infinity, unless the adapter has a piece of glass in it (and that would kill IQ): http://www.similaar.com/foto/lensmount/lensmount.html
