Re-introducing proper motion blur in post to 60p slo-mo when speed back up?

So I've got this slow motion shot, shot in 60p over 30p. So I speed it up to 200% for "normal" 30p motion, and then I let it play back at 100% (actually slow motion) for part of it, then speed it back up. Of course, the stuff at 100% now looks different as it is lacking the same shutter rate/motion blur that would have occurred with standard 30p/30p shooting.

Is there a way to re-introduce or emulate this motion blur back into the speed-up-to-realtime footage? I have Final Cut Studio and Adobe Master Collection CS3.
