Looks like silent shutter banding. The same thing came up with the A7s, since the silent shutter is a rolling shutter.

Sensor error? Just looks like bars from a flickering light source with an mismatched shutter speed... That would happen on any camera with a rolling shutter which is 99% of all digital cameras these days (in video mode or silent shutter mode).
