Which EF to E-Mount Adapter with Aperture Ring do you recommend?

Also, how many stops do you get on the aperture ring and how does it sync with the native lens?

None. Don't waste your money on any of them.

There is no adapter with aperture control on the market actually. If you are refering to the ones with an additionnal iris in the adapter, They are useless. The diaphragram is not in the right position (it must be positionned INSIDE the lense to work). in the adapter, it only vignette your image. The corners becoming darker while the center is unafected. Useless for controlling exposition.

I 2nd this...I need some zooms for run and gun work, and Nikon's give a decent image and are extremely affordable.

Sorry for possibly highjacking, but when your all using nikons through an adapter, like the Novoflex I'm planning on getting, how do you tell what f-stop your shooting?

Use older manual nikons that have a ring to change f-stops.
