Re: All EF/EF-S Lenses with Constant Zoom Barrel?

I would like to list all the EF/EF-S lenses with a Constant Zoom Barrel (when zooming the front of the lens does not move).

So please help out and list away! Thanks!

From your post about the 18-35 f/1.8, I think you want this list because you liked how, with that lens, you don't have to re-adjust your steadycam every time you focus. Many lenses that have a constant zoom barrel will need a re-adjustment after zooming, because big elements are shifted inside the constant-length barrel of the zoom. Not sure which lenses will work and which won't, but you may want to re-state your question...

Are third party lenses ok? Sigma 18-35 and 50-150 (which are two of my favorite lenses) are
both 'non extending' and you can get them both in EF mount.
