When I have the top dial set to "M" mode, which is Manual Mode for stills, why does my exposure change on the Live View?

My ISO is not set to auto, and my LCD brightness is set to Manual. So why do I see the exposure change as I move the camera from my window to my interior?
 
Found my answer!!! To have a TRUE WYSIWYG experience, under the BOLT icon in section 3, set [Live View Display] to [Setting Effect ON].
