raylight question

Can anyone using raylight help? I emailed their tech support almost a week ago and still no reply.

When I click on my raylight control panel while in my NLE (Vegas), and try to change the preview setting from say blue to yellow, nothing seems to happen. None of buttons are highlighted. I can press on one, and it temporarily seems highlighted. Then when I look again, it's back to normal (all look the same -none seem to be selected).

Meanwhile I either do not see any difference in my previewed video OR I get a "media offline" message on my clips that are on the timeline.

Is this normal? What am I doing wrong?

1. DVFilm responds to every support request as company policy. Sometimes however the requestor misspells their email address or fails to provide one, or the reply is rejected by your service provider as spam. If you don't get a reply in 24 hours try the email address on the contact page, or if that does not work, call.

2. The 4-button control panel does not show the state of your selection. Instead use the "Mark frames"option in raylight to see which mode you are in.

Are you running as Computer Admin? What's the exact wording of the media offline mesage?
