Rattle?

Anyone's AF100 exhibiting a rattle?

It sounds like it is in the EVF. It's not a huge deal but it does get me annoyed at times, especially doing handheld work. I have not tested if it gets picked up by the mic yet.
 
could be similar to "whats that clicking sound" on dvx/hvx. I dont have the AF100 though so i cant tell u. If it is though then its the Optical stabilizer. If its not then....i duno :)

i remember the HVX and its rattle/click sound -- which is the OIS for the lens. But correct me if I'm wrong, the AF100 has no built in OIS but utilizes lenses with OIS built in?
 
Are you moving your head when you hear the rattle?

It rattles whenever there is movement of the camera, that being me holding it by the top handle when I move around or just a light tap of the EVF.

I believe I found the problem: If you set your Diopter adjustment near the ends (Clockwise/Anti-Clockwise all the way) it does not rattle. If you set it anywhere in between where I had mine, it would rattle with generous movement -- at least my camera does this.

No biggie, I just have to live with either slight rattles or set my diopter to one end.
