Rasberry Jello Questions

I'm curious what the jello is compared to a D90 at a shutter speed of 1/60th. The reason why I wonder this is because I read in another forum about a person complaining about jello being as bad as the D90 with slower shutter speeds. Is this true?

Also, what are the shutter speeds one can choose from? Are they in increments of 10?

I'm getting more and more tempted by the mark ii. Mainly because I also love photography, and the idea of FF is tempting...

Edit: One more question, what Compact Flash card to you guys recommend?

The jello is nowhere near as bad as the D90.
