This is a 1.5x teleconverter made by Angenieux, designed for their zoom lenses (I believe specifically the 15-150).
This will allow you to increase the image circle projected onto your M4/3 sensor while not losing as much light as a 2x extender. These are quite rare and you don't see them pop up very much.
This teleconverter is designed for Angenieux zooms (Maybe only the 15-150) and may not work on other C-Mount lenses. Selling because I was going to buy a 15-150 but no longer have the spare cash.
