The British 'Halifax' Ads. You seen them? Ugh. They were cool at first but now whenever I sit down and watch TV they just p1ss me off.
 
Any of those pharma ads that feature poorly-conceived, poorly rendered CGI fungus or infection or snot are also extremely irritating. Anytime I see those, I wonder about the intended audience for the show I'm watching.

I don't know if anyone here watches the YES Network but there is a commercial for PROCEDE, which doesn't regrow hair but it thickens the hair and it is brought to you by Guiseppe Franco, some Hollywood Hair Salon owner.

He makes comments like "I don't own the company, I don't know anything about it" and "Hey, my name is Guiseppe Franco, I'm not putting my name on the line for anything that doesn't work". On top of that they talk about Guiseppe Franco being a stylist to the stars and show him hugging GARY BUSEY... GARY FREAKING BUSEY... What is famous about Busey other than his mugshot since Point Break!

Why do I know these by heart? I watch every Yankees game and for two years... TWO YEARS... every two innings we are subjected to the same commercial.

Now the YES Network is the most valuable regional sports network (according to Forbes) and the best they can do is this CRAPPY commercial.

It has become a running joke in our house, but I hate Procede, Guiseppe Franco, and everything associated with it.

Two freaking years of watching this crap... and with High Def you get the YES Network on 2/3 of the away games also.

It is going to be a long season
 
Keep your chin up... er, or hang your head down... it promises to be another long season for the Yanks.

Amen, those head-on ads drive me crazy. I get up early in the morning and watch FOX News and those commercials always are playing. Makes my head want to explode. I don't have a problem with the dancing GIFs, however.
 
Comedy Central runs a lot of ads for a Viagra wannabe called Enzyte. The regular ones are bad enough, but they're still running the Christmas commercial in frickin' April!
 
Those Marine recruitment ads before the movies...not that I have anything against the Marines, just the ads.

The cure this & that. The guy that has been convicted & banned from selling books and is still on T.V. (Looking for his picture right now).

Fraud TV infomercials I hate. Google it. Do TV broadcasters have no standards, even when they know it's fraud?
T.V's dead & obsolete anyways IMO.

I appreciate the legit commercials that make me laugh.
 
Any and all commercials that pimp some kind of cheapass solution to a perfectly simple, easy, and mundane household task, that feature footage of some non-actor trying to open a pickle jar, or vacuum a floor, or turn on a light, who makes it look like a semi-impossible Herculean task without the aid of the product being advertised.

I can easily handle basic daily household-type tasks, thank-yuh-very-much, and I'd be grateful if advertisers would stop insulting my intelligence by suggesting that I can't.

I can not stand those. The other ones are the charity ones. Even if they are legit (wich most arent), they bug the poo out of me.

Same commercial comes on Fox Soccer Channel every half time of every single game. The half time commercials are some of the worst you can see.
