GH3 Random blocks / disturbance in GH3 footage...

I shoot weddings and I'm using Transcend R95 / W60MB/s high speed Class 10 UHS-3 64GB cards with the Panasonic GH3.
Lately I notice more and more random moments of blocks or disturbances in the footage. Just for like a second suddenly the screen goes all crazy and there appear blocks and lines in the footage.
These disturbances are also there in the original clip still on the SD cards...

Before I go to a shoot, I do a 'full format' on the PC and then afterwards a format in camera. I've posted about this issue before and by then I didn't to that last step, but apparently it doesn't make any difference.

The question is, what is going on? It happens every 10 clips or so for 0.5-1 second. It's so rarely that is hard to do some testing. Could it be the camera? Maybe overheating so it can't write the footage properly to the card? Or is it the SD card which has gone corrupt or something? I just 'scanned' the card with Windows 10 but it says there is no problem with it.

Should I ditch the cards? Anything else I can try? Do you ever see this in your footage?
Thanks!

'Full format' using windows own utility? if so, ditch that and download SDFormatter, I had my GH1 stop recording after a while of using a card randomly, someone reccomended decently formatting it with SDformatter and it did wonders.

Thanks, will try that! So, after you formatted the card with SDFormatter, do you still format the card in camera as well?

A low-level format of your cards ( which takes a long time to finish ) will usually test and mark any bad sectors found on the card, so that when you do a quick format ( which is what your camera is doing ) these bad sectors will remain marked as bad. Camera formatting doesn't do any real testing of the memory card itself.

Transcend media, while just about the best of the "bargain" brand cards, are still "bargain brand" and I see too many problem reports on them for me to even think about trusting them.

I recommend you get a couple of SanDisk EXTREME PRO cards and try them, if your problem goes away (as I think it will) replace all of your Transcend cards with SanDisk.

I don't do weddings or events but there is no way I want to have to try to "go back" and reshoot anything because my media got flaky. The only corrupted files I ever had were due to a reader that went goofy on me, the files on the cards were still good. All I've used since 2008 are SanDisk.
