Is this a good cover for a V1U FOR $65?

No experience with it, but it seems to me like you'd get a lot of noise from the cover rubbing against the mic with that setup.

well kata is a good brand from my experience.

the rain cover looks good. i like how it allows you to still see all of the controls.

like hblack said though, the cover might cause extra mic noise. maybe a deadcat would be good to accompany the bag instead of the regular foam mic cover.

IMO the deadcat would guard from the cover rubbing and causing extra sound..
