Rail recommendations for Af-100?

Myself as well. I have the smaller Zacuto baseplate and it's very adjustable, works fine on my EX1. Zacuto shoulder pad(way overpriced but came with 2 rails). Redrock counterweight (also overpriced) but a nice design. I've never minded paying for quality, keeps you from buying twice. But $200 bucks for a molded foam pad w/2 rails is ridiculous. I'm the sucker that bought it though and 'am happy with it.

What size do you guys think is appropriate? I know it depends on the length of the lens as well, but does anyone have a rough estimate for say the camera plus a telephoto lens or a telephoto zoom lens?
