I've been asked to film an event next weekend where high schools across the state build motorised go karts and the winner is the car that goes that does the most laps on the least fuel in 24hrs.
Problem is the cars go rather slow (50ks max!) so on video it won't look that fast.
Any tips on making cars look faster and getting good racing footage would be appreciated.
e.g. is progressive or interlaced the way to go?
Thanks guys!
p.s. I'm also going to be shooting in all light conditions from glarring afternoon sun to the unsociable hours of the night, in the cold with very little light, so its going to be a really work out for the DVX....and me!
Just informed that this is the wrong place to put it! Will repost in CInematography!
