Quicktime audio sync stinks

I almost never use QT Player anymore to play H2654. I've seen too many issues with it.

Now that I have a final render I thought I would watch it in QT, knowing that many others will use it. My file plays OK, but the audio is slightly out of sync.:Drogar-Angry(DBG):

I try it with VLC and MediaPlayerClassic and everything is locked on. I play it with my Western digital media player on my LCD TV; perfect lock.

My assessment is that QT bites...at least on the PC.

Anyone see issues like this? I ask because I know it'll be brought up at some point.

I'm still trying to figure out this H.264 export. I'm using, embarrassingly enough, premiere elements 4 (8 crashed my system so to get this done i went back to 4) I look on the manual and it says it exports in mp4 but i don't see that option for it. I did some research and "google" shows QT being that format, sorta, I'm just wondering if that's what I need to export as then. can you help?
thanks,
Kyle
