GH4 quick switching between video and stills mode?

i have a gig coming up where i'll be capturing some (print res) stills while also shooting video. (yes, i am billing accordingly)
typically i'd bring a stills camera and a video camera. but this is going to be a faster paced shoot and won't really accommodate lugging around two cameras.
and i'll be doing portrait as well as landscape aspect. so grabbing stills with say a dvx200 isnt really practical.

my question here is how easy is it to toggle the gh4 between photo and video modes? and can you assign settings to be specific to video mode and stills mode? like say can i set video to be ISO 400 and stills to be say 800? and that will change simply by switching from video to still?

i accept that this question may fall under the "RTFM" category. but i've found that real world beats documentation in most cases.

I do this very same thing, set all your video settings and save them to C1, then set you photo settings and save them to C2. i use C1 for video cinema 4k, C2 for 96fps/1080, and C3 for Monochrome

I do wish Panasonic would put the Movie mode right next to P mode for pictures. I do both frequently as well, and having to turn the dial several clicks to switch is less than efficient.

(The custom modes don't work exactly as I'd like. Movie and P mode do.)

Movie mode is right next to Manual stills mode which makes sense for me. If you prefer Program mode assign it to C1 which is also next to Movie mode.

When gh4 was released there was an article about pulling a frame out of the 4K video and printed it out onto a large format. I can't remember where I read that. But from what it said it works well
