Compress in Adobe Premiere 2.0 and reduced the file size by 80%.

Indoor shots Bitrate at around 3000 which brings the quality down but also drastically reduces file size.

Indoor using 500W, work light from Walmart. Same settings as outdoor, only Master Ped has changed from -8 to -9.

I'm a producer/director. I'm no software expert. First time I did this. So I just experiment. I'm losing a good chunk of the quality compressing these clips.
