quick setup

Does anyone have any advise for my issue... I need to be moving around a room and interviewing party guests probably about 100 different interviews. In the past with my HVX I noticed people get kind of pissy when I take about 30 seconds to setup iris and focus and white balence. Is there a way or scene file to set once I get in the room to give me decent images with continuity and still be able to move fast?

thanks

well, your white balance shouldn't really have to change if the lighting is consistent in the room. But as far as getting your focus and iris set, you might just have to get quicker at getting it setup. Or, you could turn on auto iris, let the camera set it, then turn it off. If the lighting stays the same though, all you really need to worry about is getting your focus set.

Or you can set up in a corner and bring the guests to you. The nice part is that you can use a basic light setup that looks good on most faces.
