Quick release plates for 7D

Hey guys, was just wondering, what is a decent quick release plate for the 7D? I dunno much about this kind of stuff...I'm about to order this tripod:

...and was wondering if this quick release plate will be ok for my 7D?

P.S. I'm open to any recommendations for tripods if anyone thinks there is a better/similar priced product on the market - the main reason I'm going for this tripod is because of its height (72"/182.9cm)

I would go with bogen.........

Tripods and quick releases are important... I really don't mean to promote this, but its a decent tripod: I got a used bogen on ebay right now - http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=330403753861&ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT

I would highly recomend making a wise investment in your tripod. I went with a few used bogens on ebay, which out performed any of the cheap stuff.
