My fat hands stripped my QR Plate that came with my SGpro. I stripped out one of the 2 holes used for holding the QR plate onto the rest of the system, and also used for aligning my DVX with the adapter. I can not put the 2 together without forcing the adapter onto the DVX.

I don't have the money to buy a replacement one from SGpro and have it shipped to the US. Anyone know of a similar QR set up I can order from the US. It does'nt have to be Giotto
 
Depends how handy you are with tools but if I were in your position id bore the hole out smooth again, re tap it with a bigger thread size and use differnt sized bolts. You would probably have to widen the slits that the bolts run in but thats a pretty quick job...

You could probably find a machine shop that could do it...
 
Yeah I thought about trying to fix it but I know I would just mess it up more. Id rather just spend 40 bucks on a new QR plate, I just don't know how to tell which ones will work with an adapter.
