Quick Release Plate for Sachtler SB6

Do these things even exist?

I could use a second quick release plate when moving to handheld from our sticks, but I don't know where they are sold, if they are sold, or if someone makes another type?

As far as i know its the only one for the DV6-SB. I like to keep a spare handy too, and have even used it on my DSLR in a pinch when I only have one tripod available. Which soon might be even not in a pinch, with the video DSLR's coming into play.

But it's the other part I want. The thing that it attaches to that is part of the fluid head.

So I can attach the cam to two different items: a tripod and a monopod for example.
