Quick Question: Which Patch GH1 to use for filming from helicopter over jungle/sea??

Hi

I'm going to filming from a helicopter over jungle/ocean/coast likely bright conditions.

Which patch would you all recommend?


Fast Action 3-Frame GOP Patch

OR

GH1 Peak Performance Patch 75

or??

Also any tips of shutter speed or other manual tips..will 1/60th be ok?

If it's hand held you're gunna need 50/60fps and 1/100 -1/120. I used the reliable patch and an image stabilized lens (Lumix) when i shot GH13 from a chopper and a balloon in Fiji 2 weeks ago. Door was off and i found a position just inside the door frame where there was no down draft. Don't pan, let the chopper do the moves. Editing the videos right now so will have something to show soon.
