I misplaced my baseplate for the m2 support system. Does anyone know if redrock uses a proprietory system or if I can replace it quickly with another brand.
I tried emailing their sales and tech staffs.... no response.
I believe they're standard Bogen baseplates. Visit their forum and do a search for "Bogen" and I believe you'll find the model number mentioned somewhere.
I dunno but everything about redrock seems so slow! I email them and i only get an auto responder. I sign up for their forum and it says it has to be activated by an administrator which never happens.
